Return Policy for EyeDealShades.com Purchases
At EyeDealShades.com, your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason, you are unhappy with the sunglasses you purchased from EyeDealShades.com, you may return the sunglasses for credit or exchange.
Please read the following carefully.
- Before returning your sunglasses, please e-mail with the reason for your return to Support@EyeDealShades.com.
- Returns must arrive within 30 days of your purchase.
- Returns will be accepted if the sunglasses were used for try on purposes only and are still in mint condition.
- Include a copy of the invoice. Indicate on the invoice copy your contact information, the items returned with the reason for the return, whether you want a refund or exchange, and when requesting an exchange specify the item you would like.
- Along with the sunglasses return all items that were shipped to you.
- Returns should be sent in the original packaging if possible or a sturdy container.
- For your protection we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment.
- Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For refunds the original credit card used for your purchase will be credited.
- For exchanges the original credit card used for your purchase will be credited and then charged for the exchanged sunglasses.
